 Supervised Child Visitation Monitoring Services

Supervised Monitoring
We supervise the court-ordered visit between the child and the non-custodial parent to ensure a safe and positive experience. We also provide supervision and monitoring for the elderly and disabled.

Initial Intake
The initial interview is mandated by the state of California and allows the parents to provide all the information required in order to satisfy court requirements and safety requirements for the child. All policies and procedures are reviewed so all parties are comfortable with the process. Each parent, as well as any other authorized persons allowed in the visitation, are required to have an initial intake.

Monitored Exchange
We offer this service when there is a need for supervision of the transfer of the child from one parent to the other. The Professional Monitor's service is limited only to the exchange and the remainder of the parent/child visit is unsupervised. Precautions are taken to ensure that the two parents or other individual exchanging the child do not come into contact with one another.

Visitation Reports
Reports can be ordered as desired. Reports will be provided within 5 business days of the request. If either party purchases a report, the report will be provided to all parties.

Visitation Mediation/Consulting
Mediation sessions between parties to help resolve visitation issues in a calm, non-confrontational setting. Individual consulting services are also available to provide objective information on how the visitation process works. Mediation of visitation agreements and individual consulting are done via phone.

Home Safety Inspections
If there is a need to inspect the non-custodial parent's home/visitation site before a child visitation can be scheduled, a home inspection may be ordered to ensure the home is a safe and appropriate environment for the child.

Parenting Coaching
While the role of the visitation monitor is to only observe and maintain a safe environment, the parent coach's role is to observe, interact, and offer recommendations to improve parenting skills and techniques to help the parent interact with a young child in positive ways. Coaching sessions are a separate service from visitation monitoring services.

Witness Fees
Applies if a monitor is subpoenaed or requested to appear in court.
